Learn to linoprint

Learn the basics of linoprint with tailored workshops in the Shropshire Hills.

Interested in trying your hand at linocut printmaking? Linoprint workshops are a great way to learn a new craft, engage your creative side, and get your hands messy!

Beginner linoprint workshops are designed for people who are new to linoprint and want to start from scratch to get a hang of the basics.​​

​What you'll learn

In a two hour, hands-on session we'll cover:

- An introduction to linocut tools and techniques

- How to design and prep your lino block

- Tips for carving your design

- Inks, colour mixing and rolling

- Hand-pressing and pulling linoprints

At the end of the session, you'll have printed your very own linocut design to take home.

In-person workshops are suitable for up to five people and held in Church Stretton in the beautiful Shropshire Hills, with ​tools, equipment and refreshments all provided.​
