DELIVERY INFORMATOIN
Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
​Once you've placed an order, we'll start getting things packed up and ready to send out to you as soon as possible. Everybody loves getting something special in the mail, right?
Packaging
Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly and plastic-free packaging to send your orders

Prints and cards will be packed in plant-based cello bags, made from cellulose starch. These are biodegradable and compostable - once they are done, you can pop them into your compost pile at home.

Envelopes are made of paper and greyboard. Re-use these if you can, or they can be recycled at home in your cardboard bin.

Postal tubes are made of cardboard and can be recycled at home in your cardboard bin. Re-use these if you can, or they can be recycled at home in your cardboard bin.

If you've ordered a framed print, we will generally use paper and cardboard packaging to wrap and protect it. Occasionally we may re-use some bubble wrap that comes into the studio - this isn't always recyclable, so please try and use it again if you can!
Delivery options
​Delivery is based on the weight of the order, with two options to choose from:

Standard delivery
Our standard delivery option is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. It is tracked to the delivery point, and you'll be able to see progress on the Royal Mail site.
Please allow 3-4 working days for processing & delivery.

Up to 100g - £2.99
100g to 250g - £3.99
250g to 2kg - £5.99
Over 2kg - £6.99

Express delivery
Our express delivery option is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. It is tracked to the delivery point, and you'll be able to see progress on the Royal Mail site.
Please allow 2-3 working days for processing & delivery.

100g to 250g - £4.99
250g to 2kg - £6.99
Over 2kg - £7.99

Spend over £50 for free standard delivery, and £60 for free express delivery.

Local hand delivery
If you live within 2km of the studio, we can hand-deliver your order for free. Please allow 2-3 working days for processing & delivery.

Currently we only offer delivery to UK addresses. If you would like to purchase a print from outside the UK, please contact hello@stephaniemulrooney.com for more information.​
